Closing wasnt bad at all I just had to remember to sign my middle name on all papers  :)  I survived it is a small price to pay.  Right now Im packing up the old place painting the new place and cleaning up both by Monday.  Ulann your right I hate packing it sucks!  I am so happy to move and not share walls with anyone it almost makes up for the continual need of boxes and paper. 

I may not be online for a couple of days but I thought I would share the news.

I know understand the pressures of buying a home

scared the economy will freeze up lose the house but its to late to turn back now the paperwork is now in the hands of the underwriter, who may ot may not tell me I need 50 more personal items sent to them before I qualify for the loan!!!! I know I will give up movies all the digital cable channels  etc for a place to call my own and not pay rent anymore......

so is it worth it ?
